Terms of business

You buy a recurring cleaning plan. The price shown at checkout is per week and is taken weekly from the card you provide. Your first weekly payment is taken when you activate your plan.

If we are unable to deliver your first clean, we refund that payment in full.

Cleans are scheduled with you. The day, time and duration shown on your quote are preferences until we confirm them with you. Additional services — laundry, changing bed linen and ironing — are not included in the quoted price unless separately agreed.

You can skip or cancel a clean from your account. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the clean are free of charge. Between 24 and 48 hours, a charge of 50% of the visit price may apply. Under 24 hours, the full visit price may apply.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan runs until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your cleaner is a self-employed contractor working under our public liability insurance. Your contract for the service is with Poppins Cleaning Services Limited.

Where you give us an entry code, it is stored encrypted and disclosed only to the cleaner attending your clean, and only around the time of that clean. Every disclosure is recorded.
