Can I have the same cleaner every time?
Yes, that's the default. We match you with a local cleaner on your first visit, and they stay with you unless you tell us otherwise. Consistency is the whole point.
Do I need to provide the cleaning products?
Yes, and the equipment too. Your cleaner uses your own products, vacuum, mop and cloths, so you stay in control of what's used in your home and you know what's being used in your home has only been used in your home.
Do I need to be home?
No, plenty of customers aren't. You arrange access directly with your cleaner. Poppins never holds keys or stores entry or alarm codes.
What if I need to cancel a clean?
Skip any visit with 48 hours' notice and there's no fee. With less notice, 50% of the clean is charged, and 100% within 24 hours. Either way it goes to your cleaner for the time they'd set aside.
