How much does a clean cost?
Price depends on the size of your home and how often you want us, so we quote per property rather than publishing a headline rate. The instant-quote tool at the top of the page gives you an exact price in about a minute — no card, no account.
What areas do you cover?
We currently serve London & the South East — see the areas section above for the postcodes we visit weekly. If you're on the edge of that, check anyway; we take on new areas whenever we have the coverage for them.
How are your cleaners vetted?
Every cleaner is DBS-checked, reference-verified and interviewed in person before their first booking. We only work with people who have prior professional cleaning experience.
Can I choose the same cleaner every time?
Yes — that's the default. We match you to a local cleaner on your first visit and they stay with you unless you tell us otherwise. Consistency is the whole point.
What's the minimum booking?
Two hours per visit for regular cleans. Deep cleans and end-of-tenancy jobs are priced per property, not per hour, and the length depends on the size of the home.
Do you offer one-off cleans?
Yes. Deep cleans and end-of-tenancy jobs are always one-off. A regular slot is monthly at least, but you can book a single "spring clean" and be done.
What if I need to cancel a clean?
Skip any visit with 48 hours notice and there's no fee. Cancel with less notice and a late-cancellation fee applies — 50% within 48 hours, 100% within 24. Your cleaner still gets paid either way.
